Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Balloch & Co.

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your watch.

To qualify for a return:

The watch must be returned in the same condition as supplied.
All original packaging, accessories, documentation, certificates, tags, and warranty cards must be included.
The watch must not have been altered, modified, damaged, or excessively worn after delivery.
Any protective stickers applied at delivery must remain intact where applicable.

Before returning an item, you must contact us to obtain return authorisation.

Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to verify their condition and completeness.

Balloch & Co reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Once a return has been approved following inspection:

Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and third-party fees may be non-refundable where applicable.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.

Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the returned item is accepted and approved.

Returns may not be accepted for:

Watches returned without original accessories or documentation

Bespoke or specially sourced watches

Watches altered or customised at the customer’s request

Items damaged after delivery

Customers are responsible for arranging secure and fully insured return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Balloch & Co is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
